to\u00a0<strong>clean,<\/strong>\u00a0corresponds to the\u00a0<a class=\"popmake-5447 pum-trigger\">list of\u00a0<strong>printheads<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0that we process.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the\u00a0<strong>printhead<\/strong>\u00a0is not mechanically damaged, due to crash or falls.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the\u00a0<strong>printhead<\/strong>\u00a0is not electrically damaged.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as you remove the\u00a0<strong>printhead<\/strong>\u00a0from the machine, try to\u00a0<strong>clean<\/strong>\u00a0it with the \u00ab<strong>cleaner<\/strong>\u00bb usually used in your machine.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not have the original packaging, cover the nozzle plate with a cleaning wipe and store it in a plastic bag. If possible, better use an airtight bag. If you use UV inks, the bag should be opaque to light.<\/li>\n<li>Attach a printing test whenever possible. In this way, it helps our team to optimize work and get better results.<\/li>\n<li>All the information you can provide about the\u00a0<strong>printhead<\/strong>\u00a0will be useful. Type of\u00a0<strong>ink<\/strong>\u00a0used, voltage, last time it was\u00a0<strong>cleaned<\/strong>, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Do not forget to indicate the person, email and telephone number.
